How It Moves
01 — Sourcing
Fish landed daily along Badagry's coastline; cassava and produce brought in from partner farms across the region.
02 — Processing
Each line is handled to its own standard — fish cleaned and smoked, cassava fermented into garri, dough baked into bread.
03 — Quality Check
Every batch is checked for freshness, hygiene and grade ahead of packaging.
04 — Dispatch
Orders are packaged and dispatched to markets and bulk buyers across Lagos and beyond.
Our Roots
Badagry's coastline has fed Lagos for generations — fishing crews at dawn, cassava fields inland, bread ovens running through the night. Bikkurim Foods Limited was built inside that rhythm, not apart from it.
We run fish, garri, bread and produce through one facility at Badagry, Lagos so what's landed or harvested in the morning can be processed, checked and dispatched the same day.
